Our Philosophy:
We believe each person is created in the image of God. Many girls have not realized that they have a wonderful purpose in their life and that they are accountable to their Creator to live accordingly. They have reversed life's principals by accepting society's trends to justify and minimize personal behavior.
Refuge of Grace Academy’s purpose and goal is two-fold.
First, we want to work with each individual. We strive to change a rebellious and out of control girl into a God-honoring and parent-honoring young lady; to be an honest, hard-working asset to the community in which she will live. She will be taught how to care for a family and home. We also desire to help her achieve a personal walk with God.
For the young lady whose relationship has been destroyed with her parents, we help to repair and rebuild that relationship. Instead of the student quitting or resorting to the “easy” solution, the staff at Refuge of Grace Academy, work with these young ladies in order that they may find the right answers to their problems.
Second, Refuge of Grace Academy provides a college preparatory academic program that will prepare her for her chosen vocation in life. Our school helps your daughter to achieve an academic level of skills so that she may receive the credits needed for her diploma. This program serves both the student of high academic ability through an accelerated progression to college-level courses, as well as the student of more modest abilities through a flexible curriculum that allows the time for mastery of fundamental concepts and skills to be achieved at the highest level of her ability.
Our sincere desire and goal is to encourage and nurture respect, self-discipline, leadership, and creativity in the young lady’s life, whether academic, religious, social, athletic, musical, or extracurricular.

Refuge of Grace Academy is a school that I will never forget. This school has taught me many things, but the most important thing that they have taught me is how to have fellowship with God and how to have a successful life. This school means the world to me. if it was not for this school , I would either be dead or in jail today. I thank this school for putting my life back on track and for helping me to get my high school education. I am about to graduate on June 4th and go on with my life; but I will always be grateful for this school and it will always have a special place in my heart.
